Our porters are an essential part of every successful trek. We work with experienced, reliable, and hardworking porters who are familiar with the mountain trails and understand the importance of providing dependable service.

We also believe in treating our porters fairly by providing proper equipment, good working conditions, and respectful treatment, because a happy team helps create a better experience for our guests.

Our company is led by two Managing Directors whose combined expertise is the foundation of every journey we organize.

One Managing Director started his career as a porter before spending many years as a professional trekking guide. Having worked his way through every stage of the trekking industry, he brings unmatched firsthand knowledge of Nepal's mountains, trails, safety, and guest care. Even today, he continues to join trekking groups whenever possible to maintain the highest standards of service.

Our other Managing Director leads operations and guest support, ensuring every trip runs smoothly from your first inquiry to your safe return. He oversees permits, transportation, accommodation, logistics, and the coordination of our experienced guides and porters, making sure every detail is carefully planned.

Together, they combine real Himalayan experience with professional management, ensuring every adventure is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.
