Lumbini Tour constitutes an ultimate place belonging to the Buddhist religion. It belongs to the south-central region of the country and is located at the foothill of the Himalayan region. Lumbini is the birthplace of the divine Lord Gautam Buddha and it has huge significance for its peace. Lord Gautam Buddha shared his valuable knowledge and give inspiration to human beings to walk to attain both peaces as well as prosperity. Because of this, people of India, Nepal, and other Asian countries call him the Light of Asia. Lumbini constitute a holy place for not only individuals belonging to or wanting to adopt the Buddhist religion, but also for peace lovers. It seems to be a garden, where we may view charming beauties in the nearby region. In the year 1896, Khadga Samsher and Fuehrer, a German archeologist, along with this team found a stone pillar erected during 249BC by the famous Emperor Ashok. His inscription present in the pillar justifies the birth of the legendary Lord Buddha.

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,592ft).

Reach Kathmandu. You will be picked up by our tour guide and transferred to the hotel. Relax.

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Lumbini.

The trip to Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautam Buddha involves a drive to the city from the Nepal’s capital city i.e. Kathmandu.

Day 03: Visit around Birthplace of Lord Buddha.

On the third day of our trip, we will visit the birthplace of the legendary Lord Gautam Buddha and its nearby places. This means we will explore the famous birthmark stone, Maya Devi temple and the idol, Ashoka Pillar, Puskirni Lake, Lumbini Museum, worldwide peace stupas, and various others. After exploring the entire region, we will have rest and an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 04: Drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.

Now,

Day 05: Final departure. Drop to airport as per flight schedule.

Finally, our team will drop you at the Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu City in Nepal..

If it rains or snows during the event of the city tour and we have to drive toward the tour destinations then we will continue the tour. If it is raining or snowing during the day of exploration then guests can choose either to continue or not on mutual agreement.
