Normally, Within 12-24 hours after ascending a certain height(1,500 to 2,500 meter above sea level) altitude sickness symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, loss of appetite, sleep problems, loss of energy, and shortness of breath are seen. According to the standard itinerary our Annapurna Base Camp trek is of 13 days from your arrival to Kathmandu to farewell at Airport. Normally on the 7th day of trek we will reach the base camp of Mt. Annapurna I which is at the altitude of (4,130m/13,546ft) from sea level. You will have time for a full day excursion and overnight stay at ABC. If you wish to amend the itinerary you have to contact our booking manager he will prepare the itinerary according to your needs.

We will start our trek from Ghandruk (1940m/6363ft) and ascend up to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,546ft). We have created Itinerary in proportion to proper accommodation so normally we don’t need oxygen on this trek. In case of altitude sickness we will descend immediately. If any altitude sickness symptoms are seen then we provide Diamox as a medication.
